Description:  A regional concept for transportation operations (RCTO) is a management tool that assists in planning and implementing management and operations strategies in a collaborative and sustained manner. Several regions in the U.S. have developed RCTOs to advance regional initiatives such as traffic incident management, traveler information, and traffic signal programs. This webinar will provide an overview of the RCTO and then practitioners from three regions will share their experiences in developing and implementing an RCTO. Guest speakers: Athena M.
