DESCRIPTION:
This course provides an introduction to performance management and covers the definition of performance management and basic performance management concepts, explains the critical role that the planning process plays in implementing a performance management
program, and addresses what performance management means to the Federal Highway Administration.
OUTCOMES:
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Describe performance management
- Describe the basic elements of a performance management program
- Explain the critical role planning plays in implementing a performance management program
