Description:  The purpose of the training is to help transportation professionals and resource agency practitioners to better understand, coordinate and integrate planning and environmental linkages. The course will provide 1) an overview of PEL, how it works and the associated benefits, and 2) information on the tools and methods for implementing the PEL approach.
