Presenter Bruce Landis also highlights aspects of NHI's Bicycle and Pedestrian Facility Design Courses, some of the recent federal and state operational research, and the Transportation Research Boards Highway Capacity Committee decisions that enable agencies to use reliable methods in accommodating multiple modes of travel in their constrained right-of-ways.
