The ability to collect, store, access, and analyze data to use for transportation performance management decisionmaking is an area of great concern for several of FHWA partners. This webinar will focus on sharing best practices being implemented in Texas, California, and Maryland to alleviate data collection, storage, access and analyzes concerns related to the MAP-21 performance provisions. Perspectives and best practices will be shared by each of three respective states. Texas -- Using Universities and SDOTs to Store and Process, Acquire, and Analyze Data. California -- Respecting the Diversity of Rural and Urban Transportation Needs When Setting Targets.
