The Ethics Review for Civil Rights Specialists Webinar will address issues such as: financial conflicts or interest and impartiality; potential and perceived conflicts of interest; gifts and payments; use of government position and resources; remaining impartial; use of government equipment or property; use of title or agency name; use of government time; use of government information; outside employment and activities; common scenarios for ethical consideration; post-government employment; and enforcement and disciplinary actions.
This webinar is the first of a series of monthly Civil Rights training sessions that HCR and the Resource Center will be advancing to educate, train and develop our Civil Rights practicioners. The 2013 webinar schedule will soon be posted on FHWA's Civil Rights Sharepoint site.
FHWA Civil Rights specialists are encouraged to invite their State Transportation Agency counterparts to attend.
