(SR250A) TIGER 3: MARAD Port Outreach
8/30/2011 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM EST
US Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announced on July 6, 2011 that there is $527 million in funding available for a third round of the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant program. The TIGER program provides funding to States, cities, local governments, and other partnerships for projects which have significant impact on the Nation, a metropolitan area or a region. During this webinar, representatives from the USDOT's Office of the Secretary and the Maritime Administration will discuss the application process for ports in the next round of TIGER Discretionary Grants. The webinar will give participants an opportunity to engage with USDOT, ask questions and gain direction to make applications competitive in the next round of TIGER.
